This section explains how our Android app, Note Vault Pro, handles your information. It applies only to the app. The rest of this policy covers the ud2ools website.

Note Vault Pro does not need an account, and it does not upload your notes, daily records, customers, products or invoices to our servers. Everything you create is stored on your own device. We cannot see it, and we cannot recover it if you lose it.
b) Permissions the App Asks For
- Camera: used to scan product barcodes inside the app. We do not receive the images.
- Microphone: used to record voice notes that you attach to your notes.
- Storage and media: used to attach photos, videos and audio, and to save backups and invoices on your phone.
- Notifications: used to show the reminders you create.
c) No Ads and No Selling of Data
The app does not show ads, and we do not sell or share your information with advertisers.
d) Backups, Sharing and Exports
When you create a backup, export your data, or share or download an invoice, the file is saved on your phone or sent through the app you choose, such as WhatsApp or Google Drive. Those services have their own privacy policies, and what you send through them is your decision. Backup files saved on your phone may stay there until you delete them yourself.
e) Information We Receive When You Buy
To sell you the app, we need a payment screenshot, your name, and your email address or WhatsApp number. You send these to us yourself by WhatsApp or email. We use them only to confirm your payment, send you the APK, and give support or process a refund. We do not sell them, and we keep them only as long as we need them for these purposes.
f) Deleting Your Data
You stay in control of your data. Use Trash inside the app to permanently remove notes and records, and delete any backup or exported files you saved from your phone’s storage. Because your data is not stored on our servers, we are not able to delete it for you.

10. Word Search Pro
Word Search Pro is a fully offline game. It does not collect, store or share any personal information. There is no account, no ads and no analytics. Your levels, stars and scores are saved only on your own phone. The app asks for only the basic permission it needs to show notifications. If we ever add online features, we will update this policy first.
