How Soon Will You Hear Back?
Usually within 24 hours, and almost always inside two working days. If your message is about a broken tool, we try to reply even faster — a tool that’s down for you is probably down for a few hundred other people too, so those jump the queue.
If a week has gone by with nothing from us, check your spam folder before assuming we ignored you. Our replies sometimes end up there, especially with Outlook and Yahoo addresses.

No. Every free tool on UD2ools runs without signing up, logging in, or handing over an email address. You open the tool, use it, and close the tab.
Yes, and we’d like you to. Pick “Request a New Tool” in the form above and explain what you’re trying to do. If a few people ask for the same thing, it usually gets built within a few weeks.
Most of our tools process your file right inside your own browser, which means it never leaves your device at all. For the few that do need a server, files are deleted automatically after processing. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Write to us with the email address you used at checkout and a short description of the problem. We’ll either fix it or refund you — we’re not going to argue with you over a few dollars.
